Our gratitude to Dr. Adam McGarity and his Tec, Carley of Mill Town Veterinarian for the compassionate care given to our 16 year old dog, Shiloh on May 27, 2026 making her final moments before crossing over the Rainbow Bridge comfortable and secure. I am still grieving losing my boxer last week, however, as Mr Rogers said, when terrible things happen “There are always helpers, look for the helpers.” Dr McGarity at Mill Town Veterinary Clinic is one of these helpers. He provided exceptional care and advice throughout my dog’s life and then at the end made an impossibly difficult thing more bearable. He truly cares about his patients and their families, he is knowledgeable, wonderful with people and animals alike. I can’t say enough positive things.

Best Vet in Ft. Mill! Unlike the other popular place they do not find services to sell you or make you drug your dog to see them. Love this place!! 💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️

I want to thank Dr McGarity, his team, and Dr Ritter for the care they provided to Sophie Grace back in February. Her torn acl and bad knee are completely healed. Sophie is back to her normal self running around chasing her toys and walking around the yard. Thank you so much.

Dr. McGarity and his staff are truly the best. They are kind, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. When Dr. McGarity was with another practice, he sat down on the floor with my dog, and in that moment, I knew he was an exceptional veterinarian. I was so glad when he opened his own practice. Since then, he has had to help us say goodbye to two of our beloved furry family members. Each time, Dr. McGarity and his staff have been nothing but respectful, empathetic, and supportive during such difficult moments. Thank you all for being such genuinely caring people.
