I came here from our previous vet because I was concerned with unresolved issues and feeling like my previous vet was more concerned with thier "friendly visits" then actually treating my pup. Within 30 minutes of our first visit- Dr.Childress accomplished more with getting my dog on healing track then Baxter vet did in 2 years. It turns out my pup actually had 2 torn ACLs and the previously diagnosed cyst that was probably going to have to be amputated was actually an impacted hair follicle. Indy's tail is fine now.. But because of the delayed diagnosis on torn ACL he has arthritis at the early age of 3 (2.5 at time of diagnosis). Indy is bouncing back and ready for the next healthy adventure! Their vet team is wonderful from front to back. All my animals are very comfortable going there and no longer require drugs to calm them before they go in. Absolutely recommend this place!

We couldn’t ask for better care for all of our five fur babies! The veterinarians at Greenway and ALL of its staff here combine exceptional medical care with genuine compassion. Every visit—whether routine checkups or more complex care—has been handled with thoroughness, kindness, and clear communication. It’s rare to find a clinic that balances outstanding veterinary knowledge with such warmth and respect for the animals and their owners. We’re extremely grateful to have them as partners in keeping our pets healthy and happy. We truly recommend Greenway to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly goes above and beyond! We moved to the area about three years ago and needed a good vet, we found an amazing one. The past year my dude was declining but the past 90 days or so he really started to show the downward spiral. Will, Kristen, and the whole staff are outstanding. Sadly it became time to end his suffering. The professionalism from Will bought us a few more days which I could not be more grateful for. We were able to really say goodbye as a family. This whole thing was extremely difficult but the best thing was the care, knowledge, and professionalism they showed. We will be back with a puppy. That I promise.
