I absolutely love this Clinic. The staff is amazing and Dr Robby is the best. He has always been such a kind Vet that offers great advice and I would trust him with any of my animals. I had Dr Robby to euthanize a Boxer We had that had cancer and had serious internal bleeding a week or two later I got a little Plaster paw print they got of Polly’s for a Christmas ornament that we still have to this day. I also took in a very REACTIVE rescue mastiff that him and his assistant Handled WITH EASE. She was quite nasty and I was afraid he would not want see her in the future, but he said he was not going to cancel her, which is awesome for me because I don’t wanna take her anywhere else. I would not take her anywhere else because of my fear that she could really hurt someone but I knew Dr Robby could handle it and he did. You can’t go wrong with this Vet you will get honesty and awesome care for your animals. You will also get amazing Customer Service. The ladies at the front desk are awesome as well as Dr Robby and all of his assistants. I would just like to address the a hole who left the one star review complaining about his wait time and the fact that he felt a dog that was having a life-threatening emergency situation should not be seen before him because he had an appointment that is not how things work. I have worked at a vet clinic in the past for 12 years and just like in any hospital emergencies come first even in the emergency room they take patients in order of the most urgent patient as would be expected so anyone who thinks that they are healthy pet should be seen before a dying pet is ridiculous and has a terrible case of entitlement and I wish I would’ve been in the waiting room and heard you complain about that because I would’ve let you have it dude if that was my dog having an emergency and somebody complained about it they’d be picking themselves up off the floor. Where is your soul? Also the reason the clinic is so busy is because people come from all over to see Dr Robby I have referred people who have driven from Georgia and the first time that I saw Dr Robby, and for a couple years after I was driving from Huntersville North Carolina to see him it was over an hour drive, but the clinic is worth it. I am so angered at your one star review you’re the only one who has one because you’re the only one who does not see the value. I think Dr Robby is worth any amount of wait. I’m so glad you have started going to another vet because their staff and that Dr deserve way better clients

This vet has been the best one I’ve had since I’ve moved here from Georgia. I had two elderly doggies Dr Chappell assisted with that he took the best care of. It is obvious in everything he does that he genuinely loves animals and knows SO MUCH about them. They never try and get you to do anything that is not necessary, and have fair pricing in comparison to other vets I’ve gone to in the past. I am so grateful for the care they’ve provided to our furry family! Thank you!!!
